Post New Years Resolution

Post New Years, week 6 of my training has gone excellent. I kept up with my water intake 64oz daily. Nutrition has also maintained 6 meals a day, 4 meals with starchy carbs, 3 meals with less fat intake during pre, post and before bed meals and always remember carbs/fat/protein at every meal!

Preferable No alcohol intake would be the best but if you would like to drink a glass of wine make sure you have it with your meal. the glass of wine will be your carb so you will need to pair it with a fat and protein.
