Training for the NYC Marahton- Holy Calf Muscles!

10/12 Day 2 .. Holy calf muscles!

3weeks to build up to 18miles.. Lets hope for muscle recognition so I can get these legs to we’re they use to be!!!! 7 straight miles at 9-10min pace.. Last mile my arms gave out and I had to walk it…..

Today’s lesson: Every 5minutes shake my arms out so they do not give out! Don’t run 2 days in a row!!! Lesson learned!!!!!
