PERSONAL NOTE

I personally thought this competition was fierce, if your not well fueled with your protein and fat intake it will take alot out of you. I was unable to perform 75pounds, so for this workout I did 45pounds 55pounds and 65pounds, unfortunately the 55/65 did not count. Next time I will make sure I hit 75 pounds! It has only been about 8 months so I have a long way to go, no need to hurt myself.

PERSONAL NOTE

This time I was well fueled and ready to go! I have never performed a workout above 75 pounds so to get thru this I felt it was a personal achievement. I was able to get successful thru 4 rounds! I would recommend tapping your hands as the pic above to prevent yourself from ripping the skin while you do pull ups or in this case toes to bars.  Watch this
