CrossFit competition; an opportunity to test your abilities with other crossfitters across the US.

WORKOUT 12 . 1

Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:

Burpees

Here’s the catch you need to jump to a target.. (target extend your arm and add 6 inches to that) make sure chest hits the ground when you come down- as shown on the the video below.

The Crossfitters have 4 days to complete this challenge, scores must be logged in by Sunday, Feb 25th. let’s see where you stand!
