“Energy” Are you lacking it!?

Studies have shown that people have less energy because lack of sleep, less than seven hours of sleep is not enough! Combined with exercise, a healthy diet (unprocessed foods is key), and lots of water will help energize you. Try to get a 7-8hours uninterrupted sleep and see the difference! With no caffeine or sugar help, now you know my secret to being so “Energetic”, aka Energizer Bunny!
